Bishop Price is a Former Chairman of the Illinois State Council, and Vice President of the PCAF Board of Directors. Bishop Price is presently serving as Vice President of the Midwest Apostolic Bible College, a Member of  the Ordination

Committee, Overseer and Treasurer of the Foreign Field, and the Diocesan of Oklahoma and Arkansas States of the Southwest Council. Author of a book title “We Are Fixed”.  Bishop Price can speak a hand full of several languages along with many others gifts and talents. He is also the first to be made Bishop from the Illinois state council under Doctor Bell.   Bishop Price has two branches from the Victory Church.  Victory #2 in Starksville, Ms. and Victory #3 in Duckhill Ms.  He is the spiritual father of Bishop odears Wright Jr., and Bishop Jerry L. Jones Sr. Ten other pastors have come from his home ministry.  Bishop Reese Price Jr., is the C.E.O. of the Victory Centers which is an extended arm of the Victory Apostolic Faith Church.  In 1989 the Victory Centers reached its main goal of entering into the International Trade Market.

District Elder Robert McKinstry is the Associate Pastor of the Victory Apostolic faith Church, Inc. and a member of Who’s Who in Religion (4th edition, 1992-1993), was introduced to Holiness by his sister-n-Law, Angie Conner on October 5th,

1975.  He was baptized in Jesus Name for the remission of Sins and received the Gift of the Holy Ghost nine (9) days later. His wife, Frankie and daughter’s Joyce and Chandra McKinistry were also baptized in Jesus name and received the gift of the Holy Ghost.  He has had several life changing experiences with the Lord Jesus Christ, one where he received devine healing of a stomach ulcer that he suffered with for several years. His love for God expanded and consumed his total being. As he matured in the lord he was elevated to the office of Deacon, then to church treasurer.  He was later promoted to Minister, then to Elder, then to Assistant Pastor, and is presently the associate Pastor. He currently holds the office of the Illinois State Council Treasurer and District Elder with the Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith, Inc.  His understanding of God’s word and appreciation for what God has done for him and his family has given him a burning desire to walk with Jesus unto the end.

Elder Johnny R. C. Tyler is the Assistant Pastor of the Victory apostolic faith Church.  In 1987 Elder Tyler received his ministerial calling from the Lord Jesus. Christ, however, he did not reveal this to his pastor (Bishop Reese Price Jr.) until 1989

Several conferences were held with Bishop Price regarding his call and in 1994 Elder Tyler was released into his ministry.  He received his Ministers Credentials that same year.  In 1996, Minister Tyler was ordained as an Elder at the National Convention of the Pentecostal Churches of the Apostolic Faith Inc.,  Association in Detroit Michigan.  On February 4th, 2001 Elder Tyler was named by the church founder, Bishop Reese Price Jr. as the Assistant Pastor of the Victory Apostolic Faith Church. 

As a member of the Victory Apostolic Faith Church Elder Tyler has filled numerous supporting roles and responsibilities including: Cleanup Committee, Nurse, Assistant Brotherhood Chairman, Assistant Sunday School Superintendent, Deacon, 2nd Assistant Missionary Chairman, Financial Secretary, Ministerial Youth Liaison, Church Civic Liaison, Sunday School Teacher, member of the pastor’s Aide Committee, Gospel Choir, Prison Ministry, and a few others.
